Top home remedies using honey My niece says this helps kick cold/flu/and bugs – Ginger root – equal to about 2" of a section – available in jars so figure it out. Raw honey to taste, at least 2 tbls.over flowing. Juice of 2 lemons. Boil 1/2 qt water – simmer the ginger, steep for 15 minutes..add the rest. Hope it helps you too!
